About: I am a Certified Holistic Nutritionist with a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Resource Management from Green Mountain College. My passion is to use Nutrition as a tool to improve the lives of people suffering from chronic ailments, or just looking to lose weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle. By using a Holistic approach, I specialize in Whole-Foods-Plant-Based Nutrition to help my clients heal from the inside-out and Live their Best Lives.

My Story: I'm a mother of two young boys, Levon and Weston. When Levon was born I left my (almost dream) career as a Program Manager for a refugee urban farming program. Since then, I have made it my ultimate life mission to make my sons the happiest and healthiest boys they can be.
Before beginning this journey as a Holistic Nutritionist and living a plant-based lifestyle, I was raised on the SAD (Standard American Diet). It was when I started studying Natural Resource Management in college that I became sensitive to the environmental impact of food production. Continuing as an omnivore, I began choosing my animal product sources more wisely. Eating "humanely raised", locally sourced animal products became important to me, and was for many years. Time went by, and eventually I got married and started a family. This is what has inspired me to learn more about what I was putting in my body, and what I was providing my family to nourish them.
After some initial research and ever-growing curiosity, I decided to transition to a mostly plant-based lifestyle, and provide healthy and delicious plant-based foods for my family. A few months into this journey, feeling better than ever, my continued research led me to become a Certified Holistic Nutritionist. I understand the critical need of people to become inspired to love plant-based foods and lifestyles. I am committed to spreading awareness and improving lives through education and nutrition. I pour my heart into my passion for sustainability, healthy food, and nurturing my family.
Working with me to improve your health and live your best life will be extremely empowering. 100% plant-based eating might not be the answer for everyone. You will be assisted in creating your own goals, and sticking to them! With education, perseverance, and continuous guidance, I will do everything in my power to make sure you achieve your goals, and continue to improve your life! Changing the way you eat may seem challenging at first, but once you start seeing the benefits you won't want to stop!
